Thoppukarnam is an ancient practice and is often referred to as "Super Brain Yoga" in the West. It's a simple exercise that involves holding the opposite earlobes with the thumb and the forefinger, then squatting and standing repeatedly while maintaining a specific breathing pattern. Thoppukarnam is believed to balance the left and right brain hemispheres, enhance memory, and improve cognitive function.
