Full payment is required at the time of registration for all classes and workshops.

Classes  & Workshops

Classes are subject to space availability and therefore it is advised you register as soon as possible.  If no participants sign up for a class, Classical Hatha Yoga Teachers of Ontario reserves the right to cancel so if you are planning to attend please be sure to register or book beforehand. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours for classes and 7 days for workshops before they start without penalty.  Cancellations made less than that will not be refunded.  NO CREDITS will be given for classes missed.  Please do not leave valuables in the change room – Classical Hatha Yoga Teachers of Ontario does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

Late Arrival Policy

If you have signed up for a class or workshop and know that you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid loosing your spot.  All classes start on time.  For the safety and satisfaction of all students, late entry will not be permitted once class has started unless previously cleared with the instructor or admin staff.  NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS are given for classes missed.

 

Group Bookings

The studio will be happy to accommodate private group sessions for a minimum of 4 people for any of the classes, workshops or sessions currently being offered. Please contact the studio to arrange .

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to any classes and 7 days for any workshops, specialty classes and private sessions in order to receive a credit. If cancelling your registration under that time , It is at the discretion of YOGA IMBIBE whether to issue a credit toward another workshop. No refunds on classes less than 48 hours before session and 7 day before for Workshops.

Any missed appointments will be charged the entire session fee.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and not eligible for a refund unless Classical Hatha Yoga Teachers of Ontario is responsible for not  delivering a product, course or event.  Only if a product is defective may it be exchanged for credit or replacement. Credits are non transferable and may not be used toward other workshops or products. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS are given for classes missed. Cancellations due to COVID-19 closure mandates are not considered Classical Hatha Yoga Teachers of Ontario responsibility but rather are due to global events beyond our control, therefore refunds are not eligible.  However, given the unprecedented nature of these events, Classical Hatha Yoga Teachers of Ontario  will do what ever is feasible and reasonable for our Participants through providing credit vouchers or expiration extensions whenever possible. Cancellations due to COVID-19 closure mandates are not considered Classical Hatha Yoga Teachers responsibility but rather are due to global events beyond our control, therefore refunds are not eligible.  However, given the unprecedented nature of these events, We will do what ever is feasible and reasonable for our Participants through providing credit vouchers or expiration extensions whenever possible.
